Vibrant is the sponsor and largest unit holder of the Sabana Shari’ah Compliant Real Estate Investment Trust (“Sabana REIT”), which is the world’s largest listed Shari’ah compliant REIT, with total assets exceeding $1 billion. The Group provides real estate fund and property management service to Sabana REIT through its majority control of Sabana Investment Partners Pte Ltd.

In 2010, Sabana REIT was listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange. It was established principally to invest in income- producing real estate and real estate-related assets in line with Shari’ah investment principles.



Sentosa Capital Pte Ltd, a fund management subsidiary company of Vibrant, takes the role of seeking and maximizing absolute returns in the Asian credit markets to make accurate investment decisions through multi-currency debt instruments.

Vibrant has invested US$30.0 million in Sentosa Asian Credit Offshore Feeder Fund Limited (“SACOFF”). SACOFF is a liquid Asian ex-Japan credit fund investing in both hard currency bonds (US$/G3) and local currency denominated Asian bonds.

In 2015, Sentosa Capital Pte Ltd was awarded the Best Asia Ex-Japan Hedge Fund and Best Asian Fixed Income Fund from Eurekahedge Asian Hedge Fun Awards 2015.



Sinolink Financial Leasing Co. Ltd. is another subsidiary of Vibrant that focuses on financing projects in China. Our services include hire purchases, equipment financing, shipping loads, working capital loans, letters of credit, project financing and receivables financing. To execute projects, we help to provide funds to potential customers in these sectors: equipment manufacturing, petroleum and gas, medicine, education and construction industries.

The Company has obtained the approval from the Shanghai Municipal Commission of Commerce for a license to operate the financial leasing business, and has successfully registered with the Industrial and Commercial Bureau, State Administration of Foreign Exchange and tax authorities.
